1. Dip Molding: This utilizes either a hot or cold dip process. After dipping, whether hot or cold, the object must then undergo curing. This involves heating the items until the liquid plastic solidifies.

2. Slush Molding: The procedure is very similar to dip molding. It includes dipping followed by the part being placed in a centrifuge. This ensures the plastisol falls into and coats every corner, dip or other complex geometric feature. Curing follows.

3. Spray Coating: If the coating is to be thin, operators use a gun filled with liquid plastisol onto the surface of the workpiece. Curing follows.
